About the Mission:

The family of Austin W. "Bill" Price has requested Patriot Guard Riders' participation in his military honors funeral services. Mr. Price passed on 12 March 2026 at the age of 76.

After graduating from Edison Career & Technology High School in Rochester, NY in 1967, Mr. Price entered the Coast Guard. He served his nation for four years on active duty, trained as an Engineman, from 13 July 1967 to 30 July 1971, with reserve obligations terminated 30 July 1973. Mr. Price was honorably discharged as Petty Officer 2nd Class on 30 July 1971 at Eatons Neck, Northport, Long Island, NY. He was awarded Coast Guard Good Conduct Medal and a National Defense Service Medal.

After his military service, Mr. Price worked at Local Union 13 as a Plumber - Steamfitter for 30 years.

PGR will stand a respectful flag line for arriving family and guests. After visitation and dignified transfer, PGR will escort Mr. Price and his loving family to Pine Hill Cemetery, Rush, NY for interment with military honors. Thank you for standing for our hero. Dress for the weather and be safe.
