About the Mission:
The family of Todd L. M. Brown has requested that PGR members participate in honoring his service to America and celebrating his life at graveside services. Mr. Brown passed on 24 February 2026 at the age of 59 years.
Mr. Brown was a U.S. Navy veteran who served during the Cold War era. He achieved the rank of Petty Officer Third Class (PO3) with a rating of ABH3, Aviation Bosuns Mate Third Class. He served four years active duty with VAQ-33 (Firebirds), Tactical Electronic Warfare Squadron, at Naval Air Station Key West, FL. For his service he was awarded the US Navy "E" Ribbon.

Special Information:
8:15 am, PGR members will form a flag line in anticipation of the cortege expected to arrive at 8:30am. PGR members will render honors with the military honor guard during services. I expect we will render a final salute as a group once the family has left the gravesite. The mission ends with the final salute. This early morning mission is private with only the family and military expected. The family will be leaving the cemetery to attend calling hours and services for the rest of the morning.
Please come prepared with a clean U.S. or Navy flag. Bring your own water and dress for the weather. Thank you for devoting your time to honor the U.S. Navy service of Todd L. M. Brown, and to support his loving family.
