Special Information:

For those that ride,. Meet on Freight Bldg Rd at the employee parking lot. Freight Bldg Rd is on the access road around the Airport on the east side next to the 390 expressway.
Enter via Scottsville Rd and go through the tunnel. It's the next road just past Gate 5. We will have a Safety Briefing at 11:10 am. We need to be in the Terminal by 11:35 am on the first floor, Far East end for our normal Briefing for all PGR that attend. The plane is due to arrive earlier than prior years please be fully assembled for 11:45 am briefing.

Those who cage, Honor Flight requests that you park in the parking garage at the roof level. Bring your parking ticket inside for validation. Weather is not that great with scattered showers and a high around 50. I do expect to have more than usual the amount of vehicles this Sunday due to the weather. The group ride in will be limited to motorcycles.

Anyone wanting to ride in together meet at Dunkin Donuts at Mt Read and Maiden Lane
at 10:00 am Kick Stands up at 10:35

Briefing on the first floor at the far east end of the airport terminal. This is for those that rode and caged for special last minute information for the first of the year
Honor Flight that I will give once we are there.
