About the Mission:

This veteran honorably served this country from October 1966 to October 1969. His MOS was 44B20, metal body repairman, assigned to Co "C", 724th Maintenance Battalion, 24th Infantry Division. He attained the rank of SP5, being awarded a National Defense Service Medal, Expert Badge (Pistol) and Sharpshooter Badge (Rifle).

He was a Southampton Police Officer for a period of time, but went to work at Brookhaven National Laboratory. He bought, sold and trained horses as a part time business and showed up to functions on a horse with the American Flag. The Patriot Guard has been asked to stand and honor him for his service.
